This document states whether or not the current County/Township and School taxes have been paid on the property.  To request a Tax Certification, mail your request to check for $25 payable to:

Please include an e-mail address with the request so the documentation can be return via email.

In order to request duplicate bills (or documentation of bill amounts) please submit a request via email including the map numbers.  If you are requesting a larger number of bill amounts, an Excel spreadsheet with all relevant parcel information must be submitted.  Fee is per parcel.

There will be a non-negotiable fee of $25 for any check that is submitted and does not clear.

Fee to obtain permit to remove or demolish a mobile home on any parcel of land.
